LeverageInformation is a community of local user groups, virtual members globally, and special interest groups focused on educating and driving collaboration around IBM Information Server and solutions.
IDUG
The International DB2 Users Group (IDUG®) is an independent, not-for-profit, user-run
organization whose mission is to support and strengthen the information services
community by providing the highest quality education and services designed to promote
the effective utilization of the DB2 family of products.
The Information Management Product Family includes DB2 Universal Database for z/OS and OS/390; DB2
Universal Database for Linux, UNIX, Windows; DB2 Universal Database for iSeries;
DB2 for VSE and VM; and DB2 Everyplace.
U2UG
The U2 user group is an independent, non-profit organization that provides users of the
IBM U2 product line (UniVerse, UniData, RedBack, wIntegrate and SystemBuilder) with
information to assist them in the implementation of U2 software solutions. Through the
group, members are able to share information and learn from other users' knowledge
and experience of using U2 and related product and services.
IIUG
Founded in 1995, IIUG is the most influential user group representing the users of
Informix products. Thousands of IIUG members around the world network, share
knowledge and influence IBM and other vendors through IIUG. If you are just now
discovering us and are interested in Informix technology, we encourage you to join
IIUG now at no charge.
Java technology user groups These user groups provide an opportunity for you to learn more about Java technology, discuss new technologies and share innovative ideas with other developers.
Lotus user groups The Lotus User Group Communities are regionally based groups of customers, developers, business partners, consultants, and IBMers (technical, support & sales) working together to advance their understanding, comfort, and facility with the Lotus product portfolio towards solving business problems. Through the group, members are able to share information and learn from other users' knowledge and experience using Lotus products.
Rational user groups Rational User Groups are independent, user-run membership organizations that provide Rational users with information to assist them in the implementation of Rational Software solutions. Members share a tight connection with Rational, helping to define and shape future products. They also learn from their shared knowledge and experiences with the Rational products.
Tivoli user groups Tivoli user groups are independent, user-run membership organization that provides Tivoli users with information to assist them in the implementation of Tivoli Software solutions. Through the group, members are able to share information and learn from other users' knowledge and experience of using Tivoli and related product and services.
WebSphere user groups The Global WebSphere User Group Community (GWC) is a network of over 90 WebSphere User Groups around the world. WebSphere User Groups are independent, user-run organizations that provide an open forum to promote information exchange between developers, other IT staff and partners. They bring together bright minds and bright ideas. www.websphere.org is the online component of the Community providing an information hub and 24x7 online meeting point for GWC members.
XML user groups These user groups are dedicated to the promotion of markup-based applications, as well as sharing knowledge about XML and SGML applications and related standards.
