27 Jul 2004 Here's a list of RUP plug-ins available for download. A RUP plug-in is a process component specific for a technology, tool, platform, or domain that enables you to easily configure the process for your project's specific needs.
What is a RUP plug-in?
A plug-in is a distribution mechanism which allows Rational Method Composer (RMC) users to access, and to download methods and practices contents provided by IBM Rational.
Plug-ins are available in two types:
- Guidance which expands, or extends the IBM Rational classic Rational Unified Method contents. These are RUP plug-ins
- Stand-alone methods and practices "sets" which address a variety of IT and business domains; and, which have no dependence upon or usage of the IBM Rational classic Rational Unified Method contents. These are RMC plug-ins
You can access the available Rational Method Composer plug-ins here.
